At BizFleets, we believe that our people are the foundation of our success. Today, we’re excited to spotlight Jane Corridor, a Sales Development Representative who embodies the grit and passion that defines our team. From her journey through Michigan State University to her role in sales development, Jane brings energy and enthusiasm to everything she does at BizFleets.
Jane’s Journey: From MSU to Sales Development
Jane Corridor’s career path began at Michigan State University, where she earned a degree in Creative Advertising in May 2023. There, she learned the importance of clear messaging and how to ensure organizations effectively communicate with their target audiences. These skills proved invaluable in her post-graduate career. Her experiences in marketing internships with Corrigan Oil and Clear Rate Communications, along with sales roles at Clear Rate and Celsius Holdings, helped shape her into a dynamic sales professional.
During her tenure with Celsius, Jane excelled at building and maintaining relationships with businesses, offering impactful solutions that met their needs. These experiences helped shape her into the talented sales professional she is today.
In June 2024, Jane made the exciting decision to join the BizFleets team. As a Sales Development Representative, she quickly became an integral part of the company’s growth strategy, helping to expand the BizFleets brand and showcase the power of our fleet management software to clients across various sectors.
Why BizFleets?
For Jane, the decision to join BizFleets was driven by more than just a job opportunity. It was the infectious enthusiasm of our founder, Tim Easterwood, that made a lasting impression.
“The main thing that drew me in initially was how excited Tim was about our software and what we can create with it,” Jane says. This enthusiasm for the company’s vision, coupled with the fast-paced nature of her role, is what continues to motivate Jane each day.
“I love how every day brings something new,” she explains. “Today, I might be speaking with a city government, and tomorrow, I could be connecting with a university.” While some might shy away from the unknown, Jane has proven she will dive in headfirst.
Growth, Collaboration, and Opportunity
Since joining BizFleets, Jane has had opportunities to collaborate on key projects, gaining exposure to areas of business development not typically available early in one’s career.
“I really enjoy all the cool opportunities BizFleets has given me,” Jane says. “Since starting in June, I have been able to sit in and collaborate with our team and outside teams in meetings that most people this early in on their career aren't able to.”
In a few short months, Jane gained valuable experience and skills, further solidifying her foundation in business. “I’ve learned more about business development and solid business skills in my five months at BizFleets than I could ever imagine,” she reflects.
Jane's Impact: Recognition and Praise
Jane’s contributions haven’t gone unnoticed. Sean Stemas, Director of Business Development, is especially impressed by the energy and enthusiasm she brings to the team.
“Jane takes everything we give her and truly makes the best of it,” Sean says. “She dives into any task with positivity and isn’t afraid to try new things. She’s an incredibly important piece of our Sales team!”
This recognition speaks volumes about Jane’s ability to transform any task into an opportunity for success. Her can-do attitude, combined with her adaptability and eagerness to take on new responsibilities, has made her an integral part of the team’s accomplishments and a standout contributor to BizFleets.
Work-Life Balance: Family and Fun
When she’s not helping grow BizFleets, Jane loves spending time with her family and friends. Her quest to become her nephews’ favorite aunt is one of her primary missions! Jane comes from a large family with six siblings—recently expanded to seven with the adoption of a two-year-old boy. Fun fact: All of Jane’s siblings’ names start with “J.”
Jane’s favorite place to unwind near the BizFleets office? Corktown’s Ottava Via, her all-time favorite restaurant. She’s a self-proclaimed movie buff, though her favorite film tends to change from week to week. Today, it’s Inception; tomorrow, who knows?
Q&A with Jane Corridor
Q: Can you tell us about your current role and responsibilities?
I am a Sales Development Representative. On a typical day, I reach out to municipalities, universities and community colleges to help schedule meetings with potential customers and also help these potential customers understand what BizFleets is and what we do! Although who I am calling today could be totally different tomorrow, it makes working at BizFleets so exciting!
Q: What’s your favorite part about working at BizFleets?
The fast-paced environment. It's impossible to be bored working for BizFleets. Every day brings a new challenge or a new idea! This creates an exciting work environment where each day looks completely different.
Q: Can you share a memorable moment or experience you’ve had with the team?
We recently were able to take a tour of Michigan Central. I love history and I may be biased, but Detroit’s history is the most interesting. Being able to see the transformation of the train station was a super cool experience.
Q: How would you describe the company culture here?
Gritty! One of our value words is Grit. As a Detroit company, I believe this word describes our company culture the best. Everyone on the BizFleets team is full of some of the most hard-working and determined people I have ever met.
Q: What’s a fun fact about you?
I met our founder, Tim, in Greece! After graduating college, a few friends and I decided to celebrate with a trip around Europe. During our time in Greece, we heard a group of boys speaking English and decided to spark up conversation. Turns out, we were all from Michigan and even had a lot of mutual friends. We continued to see them for the rest of our trip, and I eventually was introduced to Tim through his son, Joe! A year later, we still see our Greece friends every weekend and have even traveled to new places together. Our sales team has a saying, “always be networking!” I think this story is the perfect example as to why.

Jane Corridor has become an invaluable member of the BizFleets team in just a few short months. Her energy, adaptability, and passion for helping clients make her a standout contributor. We’re excited to see what the future holds for Jane and how she’ll continue to grow within the company!
