BizFleets Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected by or on behalf of BizFleets LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“BizFleets”, “us”, or “we”), through bizfleets.com (the “Site”). BizFleets is committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Site. BizFleets has adopted this Privacy Policy to explain what information may be collected, how BizFleets uses this information, and under what circumstances BizFleets may disclose the information to third parties.
Acceptance of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Service, set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of the Site. Additional terms and conditions may be provided with each service or product on the Site and depending on your activities when visiting the Site, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions.
Information Collected
We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you choose to voluntarily provide it, although you may need to provide personally identifiable information in order to utilize certain features of the Site or to receive certain products or services provided through the Site. Personally identifiable information means information that (directly or indirectly) identifies an individual. The personal information you submit is shared only with: (i) those within BizFleets who need the personal information for proper administration or to provide you with the services the Site is intended to provide (including providing you with information about auto loan finance opportunities), inform you of other services, products, or offers you may be interested in and which may be provided by BizFleets or a third party, serve your needs, or respond to your requests through the Site; (ii) entities that contract with us to help operate the Site or provide you with the services the Site is intended to provide, and have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of the information; (iii) credit reporting agencies (e.g. Experian, TransUnion, Equifax); (iv) lenders or other financial institutions (each, a “Financial Institution”) that offer auto loan finance opportunities; or (v) as compelled or required by law.
The Site also collects anonymous information, which is information that does not (directly or indirectly) identify, and cannot reasonably be expected to be used to identify, you individually. This includes data regarding your use of the Site, such as computer-related information (your browser, your Internet Protocol address, the last URL you visited, and the date and time of day of your login). We or one of our third-party marketing services may send a “cookie” or “pixel tag” to your computer, an identification number that is unique to the computer you are using and certain parts of the Site might require software or other applications to be downloaded and installed on your computer. You may decline to provide such information to us and/or refuse to accept cookies in your browser or install or enable such applications, although some of our features or services may not function properly as a result, and some services may not be available. We use the information resulting from these actions to enhance the experience of using the Site, to offer a more tailored and targeted Site experience, to understand how the Site is used, to investigate and verify proper conduct at the Site, and to monitor the security and integrity of the Site. Although browsers can transmit Do Not Track signals that indicate that a user does not wish to have activity tracked, the Site does not currently include functionality to comply with those signals.
Protection of Information Collected
The security of your personally identifiable information is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While BizFleets strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information while in our possession, no one can guarantee absolute security of the information.
Information Sharing
BizFleets may share your personally identifiable information or other sensitive information with third parties in order to execute transactions or provide you with services, products or offers you may be interested in receiving. In each case, the third party that receives your personally identifiable information (other than credit reporting agencies and/or Financial Institutions that receive your personally identifiable information in connection with the establishment and maintenance of your membership account with such Financial Institutions) will agree not to use or disclose such information except to help us provide the services, product, or offer to which information relates before receiving, using or creating personally identifiable information. If the third parties are our employees or agents, these are authorized members of our workforce who have attended training on privacy and confidentiality requirements. Information you share directly with third parties (e.g. Financial Institutions who offer auto loan finance opportunities) shall be subject to the privacy policies or other commitments offered by such third parties and shall not be subject to this Privacy Policy.
We may also share certain anonymous or aggregated data with third parties in connection with the operation of the Site so long as such data does not contain identifying, sensitive or regulated information about any individual unless we receive permission to do so. The third parties engaged to deliver services with or for us have or will agree in writing to maintain your privacy and the privacy of the information we provide them with at least the level of protection set forth in this Privacy Policy.

In order to provide you with other helpful information, the Site contains links to other websites or programs, requires you to enable third party applications and allows you to access other information and materials provided by third parties (by way of example, a Financial Institution website, or an article on another website). We do not own or control such other websites, applications or third parties and are not responsible for the information provided at those websites or in linked materials. We are also not responsible for, and do not control, the functionality or content of such third-party applications, including how those applications interact with the technology you use to access the Site. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy policies of these third parties or how they collect information. Therefore, if you visit a site maintained by a third party, we are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of that site or such third party. Please read the privacy policies of each site you visit to determine what information that site may be collecting about you.
Use of Contact Information
If you have supplied your contact information (email address, mailing address, or telephone number), BizFleets may contact you to inform you about new services, products, offers, features, obtain your feedback, or keep you up to date with RiteStar and its products and services. BizFleets may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and in BizFleets’ sole discretion. BizFleets encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. In the event of a significant change or when required by law, we may inform you of a change in this Privacy Policy by adding an alert on the Site or through other reasonable or required means. Your continued use of the Site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that their child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, they should contact us.
Your California Privacy Rights
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information with respect to the types of personal information the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third party and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.
